Now, keep in mind that the mini-pet will be reset when the characters are reset, but you can reacquire him (her?) (it?) upon release of Nightfall by typing the command, "/bonusitems."

I hope this is helpful information, and apologize if the earlier post caused any confusion. The dev team just keeps adding cool new facets to what we're doing, and it's hard to keep up!

Here is the new information: The Gray Giant will be part of a quest in the game. When you complete the quest during the WPE, you will get a prize that reveals the mini-pet. But as you know, all characters will be reset at the end of the WPE, and of course you'll want your mini-pet back. Do not worry! Upon release of Nightfall, you will be able to again do the quest that earns you your mini-pet. When you receive the pet after the release of Nightfall, she (he?) (it?) will be yours to keep.

I hope this is helpful information, and I apologize that I am posting this in English.

Oh, one more bit of info to answer Mpidemie: You will be able to make both starting role-playing characters and PvP characters during the event.
